I mentioned previously that there was some pretty cool news in the works - and I can officially confirm that a preview version of Combat Spec Ops is going to be on display at the upcoming conference in Orlando!
The official description of IITSEC is:
The Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) promotes cooperation among the Armed Services, Industry, Academia and various Government agencies in pursuit of improved training and education programs, identification of common training issues and development of multiservice programs. Initiated in 1966 as the Naval Training Device Center/Industry Conference, the conference has evolved and expanded through increased participation by the Army, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and Industry. In 1979 it became known as the Interservice/Industry Training Equipment Conference.
Basically IITSEC is the biggest simulation conference in the world, with representatives of most of the worlds military branches present. I am very proud to have the opportunity to showcase Combat Spec Ops at the conference and am looking forward to seeing what the overall response and feedback that I receive from the attendees. If you are in Orlando, come by and check us out! I'll have more info about booth details at a later date.
This is yet another excellent example of the cross-over potential for a proper 'tactical simulation' like CSO. We're working on a number of specific demo's that will be a part of the showcase that demonstrate some of the things that I've been discussing previously - more news & details soon!
